This console can issue one (1) to maximum {maxBulkRows} refund vouchers at a time. Voucher details may be entered line by line or pasted from a spreadsheet.

The Preview Voucher button displays a sample refund voucher.

To issue one voucher, enter the values in row 1 of the Recipient table below:

Value: The Voucher amount may contain decimals, (e.g.50.77).
First Name: First Name of Recipient, to match original booking.
Last Name: Last Name of Recipient, to match original booking.
Email: Email of Recipient, to match original booking.
Comment: Entering the Reservation Confirmation #, we will connect the refund to the original booking.

To generate rows, enter the number required, maximum 30, at Quantity, else Right Click on any cell in a row and select the option to Insert or Remove a row.

To copy spreadsheet contents to the Recipient Table, for example, from MS Excel or Google Sheets, copy the cells from the worksheet, where the columns are aligned to match the Recipient table, and paste. To paste position the cursor by clicking in Cell 1 on Row 1 and Hold Ctrl + V. Alternately you may use the Web Browser Edit and Past interface. Note, a maximum of 30 Rows may be process in any one batch.

If a cell contains an error, it is highlighted in red. Either correct the cell directly by double clicking and editing, or rerun to your spreadsheet, correct there, and re-paste.

Once satisfied, Proceed to Authorise.
